Here at Elite Kleen, we use (HWE) Hot Water Extraction cleaning equipment. The reason being, this gives your carpets and upholstery the best and deepest clean available, which leaves your carpets and upholstery in the best condition, fresh and clean.
Elite Kleen will use their specialist equipment to spray a cleaning solution that will begin to break down any dirt and grime therefore gently lifting to the surface. Then we use our cleaners to clean away all this dirt and grime, leaving your carpets and upholstery clean and fresh!

Elite Kleen, are unable to promise that your carpet will be restored to its brand NEW condition. Although, we will promise they will be deeply cleansed, freshly fragranced and revitalised.
Important information – Please read
Before we arrive...
- Please remove any breakables.
- Remove any small items of furniture.
- Please ensure hot water is available.
Whilst we are there...
- Please be careful not to slip if stepping from wet carpet to hard flooring.
- Beware of trip hazards from hoses and power cables.
- Please ensure any children are supervised.
- We can supply overshoes if you need to walk on wet carpet.
After we have left...
- Take care when walking on damp carpet to hard flooring – the moisture can make hard floors very slippy
- If we have left protectors under furniture, please leave in place for 48hrs after cleaning.
- Where possible, it is advisable not to replace items onto cleaned carpet until dry.
- If possible, do not walk on newly cleaned carpet with outdoor shoes until fully dry – we can leave overshoes if required.
- Drying can be speeded up by making sure rooms are warm and well ventilated.
